This Is Our Story
Leesha Shupert
Leesha is the founder and co-owner of Heaven Scent Housekeeping, and primarily manages our marketing, business networking and financial strategies. Leesha has 17 years experience in the cleaning industry overall, and after 11 years of self-employment, she put down roots and founded Heaven Scent Housekeeping in August of 2021. Leesha was homeschooled, raised in a strong Christian home and a self starter and entrepreneur from a very young age. However, her passion for Jesus Christ, has always been her greatest motivator! Leesha, when not cleaning or prospecting leads, spends most of her time serving in Jesus’ name both globally and locally. Her hope and primary aspiration in building this business is to create a passive income that enables her to have the freedom of time to pour more into her ministry and family with the priority and intentionality she believes God desires from her.
Leesha’s passions and hobbies also include singing, salsa dancing (she’s learning to speak spanish!), and spending as much free time as possible on the beach with friends and family, and her puppy, “Lotus”!
Esther is a full partner and co-owner of Heaven Scent Housekeeping and primarily manages our employee relations and field operations. Esther has 10 years experience in the cleaning industry over all, and joined the efforts of Heaven Scent Housekeeping in February of 2022. Esther was raised in a strong Christian home and her faith is her main driving force behind the desire to build a Christ-centered and ministry focused business. Esther’s hope and primary aspiration is to build a business to not only supplement income, but to also enable the freedom of time to pour into her husband and future children with the priority and intentionality we believe God intends. Esther, coming from a stressful and worldly work environment, is so grateful to now be in partnership with her best friend building a company with Christ and family at the center!
Esther’s greatest passions outside of her faith and work include exploring to find the newest and cutest, local coffee spots and boutiques. She also not only loves to paint, but any chance she gets she looks for opportunities to sell and show her art! Most of her spare time is spent with her husband or in rich fellowship with her closest friends and church family.
